Return & Refund Policy

At Flow State Baseball, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Style or color preference

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and product variant at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, in accordance with Shopify Payments guidelines.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Once approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to process

  • Additional time depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.
If your item qualifies under the damaged or defective item policy, a replacement will be sent.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors and the carrier first

Flow State Baseball is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors
